House Rules

This home has been put together with a lot of care, please treat the space with respect and leave things the way you found them. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, Kurau Inn Farmstay requests your co-operation in observing the following:

    1. You and your partner/family/group are in good health and have no symptoms of Covid 19
    2. You and all of you are requested to scan MySejahtera QRCode and observe other legal requirements set by the Government regarding Covid 19
    3. Check-in: After 2.00 pm and Check-out: Before 12.00 noon (Please inform the caretaker if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability . If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged).
    4. Please close all doors and windows when you switch on the air-conditioners.
    5. You are particularly requested to take care of your valuable items. The Management will not in any way be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest’s belongings
    6. Prohibited in the Property: Pets, Smoking Inside the House, Non-Halal Food and Alcohol
    7. Kitchen: Light cooking such as reheating food is okay but not full-fledged cooking.
    8. Please be mindful of our neighbors about the noise, especially after 10 pm.
