Deposit

There are two kinds of deposit at Kurau Inn.

1. Booking deposit

This deposit is paid when you make your booking — by telephone, on WhatsApp, or through our website.

If you cancel less than 10 days before your check-in date, this deposit is forfeited.

If you cancel 10 days or more in advance, the deposit is not refunded, but neither is it forfeited — you may put it towards a future booking.

2. Security deposit

The security deposit is paid when you check in. This applies to bookings made through Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb and similar platforms as well.

If you have already paid a booking deposit, that amount becomes your security deposit.

The security deposit is returned within 24 hours of check-out, subject to the conditions set out in our House Rules. If any of those rules are broken, the security deposit is forfeited.
