Bookings and payment

• A booking is confirmed once the required payment (deposit or full amount, as shown at checkout) is received and verified.

• Online payments are processed by toyyibPay (FPX). Bank transfer receipts are verified by our staff.

• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may vary by season.

Cancellations and changes

The cancellation terms shown on your booking page apply. Date changes for pending bookings can be requested from your booking page; confirmed bookings, please call us.

Check-in and house rules

• Check-in from 2.00 pm; check-out by 12.00 noon.

• Please follow our House Rules (see the House Rules page) during your stay.

• Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Liability

We take reasonable care of our grounds and facilities. Use of facilities (pool, pond, bicycles, and similar) is at your own risk; children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
