House Rules
Welcome to Kurau Inn Farmstay! We have prepared this accommodation with great care and attention to detail. We kindly ask that you treat it like your own home to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
1. Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-In: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Self Check-In: If you expect to arrive outside these hours, self check-in can be arranged. Please contact us in advance for instructions and conditions.
Check-Out: Before 12:00 PM (Noon)
Late Check-Out Policy:
All requests for late check-out must be submitted in writing.
Late check-out approval is subject strictly to room availability.
Surcharges for late check-outs exceeding 12:00 PM are structured as follows:
Check-Out Time Additional Charge
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
10% of the nightly room rate
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
20% of the nightly room rate
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
50% of the nightly room rate
After 6:00 PM
100% of the nightly room rate (Full night charge)
2. Guest Occupancy & Extra Guest Fees
Each unit has a maximum guest limit specified on the room details page. Please strictly adhere to these limits.
Extra Guest
An additional fee of RM50 per extra guest applies. We deeply appreciate your honesty and proactive payment without prompting.
Guests adhering to the capacity limit will not need to bring extra mats, pillows, or mattresses.
3. Housekeeping & Property Care
Air-Conditioning: Please keep all doors and windows securely closed while the air conditioner is turned on.
Furniture Arrangement: Rearranging furniture, especially beds and mattresses, is strictly prohibited.
Shoe-Free Zone:
Please remove your shoes at the main entry door.
Cleanliness:
Please keep the unit clean, wash all cookware and tableware after use, and dispose of trash in the bins provided.
Damages & Losses:
Guests are fully responsible for any damage to or loss of property caused by themselves or anyone in their group.
4. Strictly Prohibited
To maintain a comfortable and harmonious environment for all, the following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
❌ Pets
❌ Smoking inside the rooms
❌ Non-Halal food
❌ Alcoholic beverages
5. Kitchen Usage
In-Unit Induction Cooker in Selected unit Provided strictly for light cooking only (e.g., reheating food or boiling water).
Full Cooking:
For heavy or complete meal preparation, please utilize the cooking facilities at the main Pantry called Sarubung
6. Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect
Please respect neighboring guests and local residents.
Quiet Hours: Kindly keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
7. Valuables & Security Deposit
Personal Valuables:
Please safeguard your personal belongings. The management accepts no liability for any loss or damage to guest property.
Security Deposit:
Your security deposit will be refunded upon check-out, subject to room inspection and full adherence to all house rules. Management reserves the right to forfeit or withhold the deposit in the event of any rule violation, damage, loss, or property misconduct.
