House Rules

We have put this place together with a great deal of care, and we hope you will treat it as your own home. These house rules help us keep Kurau Inn comfortable and welcoming for every guest.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. If you are unable to arrive within these hours, self check-in can be arranged — please contact us beforehand for the instructions and conditions.

Check-out is before 12.00 noon. Please let us know in advance if you would like to stay longer. Extensions depend on availability, and the normal room rate will apply.

Number of guests

Each unit has a maximum occupancy, shown on its room page. Please do not exceed it. A charge of RM50 per additional guest applies, and we trust you to settle this honestly without being asked.

Guests who keep to the stated occupancy have no need to bring extra mats, pillows or mattresses.

Caring for the property

• Please close all doors and windows when the air-conditioning is switched on.

• Please do not move the furniture, particularly the beds and mattresses.

• You are responsible for any loss or damage caused by you or by anyone in your party.

• Please keep your unit clean, wash up anything you use, and put rubbish in the bins provided.

• Please remove your shoes at the main entrance.

Not permitted

Pets, smoking indoors, non-halal food, and alcohol.

Kitchen

A gas hob is provided in selected units for light cooking, such as reheating food. For proper cooking, please use the kitchen in the Pantry.

Noise

Please be considerate towards our neighbours, especially after 10.00 pm.

Valuables

Please look after your belongings. The management cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to guests' property.

Security deposit

Your security deposit is returned after check-out, subject to these house rules. Full details are on the Deposit page.
