• Using less. Green technology and careful day-to-day operations to cut our footprint.

• Passing it on. Encouraging environmental awareness among guests, staff and the village around us.

• Setting an example. Treating sustainability as part of running a hotel properly, not an add-on.

What we already do

• Solar power. Clean, renewable energy runs a good part of the property.

• Cutting waste. We recycle across the site and have sharply reduced single-use plastic, including filtered drinking water so nobody needs a plastic bottle.

• Composting. Food waste is composted and goes back into the garden and fields.
