• Your booking details: dates, room, number of guests, and payment records for your stay.

• Messages you send us through forms or your booking page.

How we use it

• To manage your bookings, payments, and stay.

• To contact you about your booking (confirmations, changes, reminders).

• To respond to your enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Payments

Online payments are processed by toyyibPay (FPX). Your banking credentials go directly to the payment provider — we never see or store them. We keep only the payment reference and amount.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language choice. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work. No advertising cookies are used.

Data retention and your rights

Booking records are kept as required for our business and tax obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information, subject to those obligations, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).
