Every unit at Kurau Inn has a maximum number of guests allowed (adults and children). Please make sure the numbers you enter are accurate and honest to avoid your booking being cancelled.

🛏️ 2 Easy Ways To Make a Booking

🔹 Method 1: Book by Dates

1. Click the menu: Find Accommodations → Check Availability → Book Online

2. Fill in:

Your check-in and check-out

dates, and the number of adults and children

3. The system will show the units still available based on your details.

4. Choose a suitable unit and fill in your personal details.

5. Enter a discount code (if you have one) to enjoy a reduced rate.

6. Click BOOK NOW to confirm your booking.

🔹 Method 2: Choose a Unit First

1. Click the menu: Find Accommodations → Scroll down

2. Click your preferred unit → Click BOOK

3. Fill in your check-in and check-out dates → Click Check Availability

4. Fill in your booking details

5. Enter a discount code (if any)

6. Tick your agreement to the terms & conditions → Click BOOK NOW

📧 After Booking

You will receive an initial confirmation email

Click the CONFIRM link in that email

After you click CONFIRM, you will receive a second email as the official booking confirmation

💳 Deposit Payment

Click VIEW BOOKING to see the full details

Pay RM50 for each unit booked to the account provided

Send a copy of the transaction to us via WhatsApp or email

> ⚠️ Bookings without payment within 24 hours are automatically cancelled

🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a booking is cancelled by us, the deposit is refunded in full with no deduction.
